I highly recommend this as the first line atlas that you get. Friends who have the older version spent hours writing out tables of their own, flipping through endless material looking for that information. This is an amazing resource for a condensed version of the information you will need on exams. In this edition there is a table at the end of each section of the muscles, their action, blood supply, innervation and muscle group.
The reason being the tables that I do not see in the older edition.

I have a pdf version of the previous edition of the atlas and compared to that, this edition is definitely worth the upgrade. These images are also often used by professors on exams. I am currently using this for my first year of med school and it has all of the graphics I need.
